When a business connects third-party services such as TikTok to DSAG, DSAG processes the data necessary to authenticate users, display connected account details, and carry out publishing or scheduling actions requested by the user.
Information We Collect
DSAG may collect account identifiers, usernames, profile metadata returned by connected services, content metadata, media URLs or uploaded files, scheduling preferences, and technical logs required to operate the service. DSAG also collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request logs to secure the service, diagnose failures, and maintain performance.

TikTok Integration & Data
DSAG integrates with TikTok through a registered TikTok application named "DSAG" (the TikTok developer app used by the DSAG platform), using TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. When you connect your TikTok account to DSAG via the DSAG application, the following data is collected and processed based on the authorized scopes:

This data is used to authenticate your identity, display your connected account within DSAG, and associate publishing actions with the correct TikTok account.
video.publishvia Content Posting APIDSAG uses this scope to publish video content to your TikTok account on your behalf. DSAG only publishes content that you explicitly initiate or schedule through the DSAG platform.
video.uploadvia Content Posting APIDSAG uses this scope to upload video files to TikTok's platform as part of the content publishing workflow. Uploaded videos are processed according to TikTok's own data handling policies.
DSAG does not collect or store TikTok video performance analytics, follower lists, or direct messages through the DSAG application. You may disconnect your TikTok account from DSAG at any time, after which the DSAG application will cease accessing your TikTok data. Previously stored account metadata may be retained in accordance with our data retention practices described below.
How We Use Information
DSAG uses information to provide and improve the DSAG platform, authenticate users, maintain connected integrations (including TikTok), process publishing requests, generate content suggestions, store workflow settings, and support customer operations. DSAG may also use information for fraud prevention, security monitoring, abuse detection, internal analytics, legal compliance, and service communications.
Connected Platforms & User Control
If you connect a third-party platform such as TikTok to DSAG, DSAG accesses and stores only the data reasonably necessary for the scopes you authorize. For TikTok, this includes the scopes user.info.basic, video.publish, and video.upload as described above. You can disconnect connected accounts from DSAG at any time, and future use of the associated access will stop after disconnection or token expiry, subject to normal backup and logging retention. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving the content they publish through DSAG, the privacy settings they choose, and the disclosures required by the destination platform.

DSAG may share data with infrastructure providers, storage providers, model providers, or integration partners strictly as needed to operate the DSAG platform and fulfill user-requested actions, including publishing content to TikTok via TikTok's APIs. DSAG retains data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain auditability of business workflows.
