Use of DSAG

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, captions, hashtags, disclosures, and scheduling actions you submit through DSAG, including content published to connected channels such as TikTok.
Third-party Platforms
DSAG may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, community rules, and technical limits. DSAG does not control third-party platform availability, moderation outcomes, account restrictions, or policy decisions. Platform-side errors, rate limits, and review requirements may affect publishing outcomes.
Acceptable Use
You may not use DSAG to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful or misleading content, bypass platform restrictions, abuse APIs, or publish content you do not have the right to use. You may not use DSAG to add prohibited watermarks, hidden promotional material, or non-compliant commercial disclosures where platform policies require user review and explicit consent.
Availability & Changes
DSAG is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, improve, suspend, or remove features, integrations, or limits as the product evolves or as required by technical, legal, or platform constraints. Liability & Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSAG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-related damages arising from use of the service, connected integrations, or third-party interruptions.
