These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DSAG (Digital Sales Agent, available at dsag.top), including connected publishing workflows, automation features, and integrations with third-party services such as TikTok.
Use of DSAG
DSAG ("Digital Sales Agent," available at dsag.top) is provided for business use. You may use DSAG only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and the policies and platform rules of any connected third-party services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, captions, hashtags, disclosures, and scheduling actions you submit through DSAG, including content published to connected channels such as TikTok.
Third-party Platforms
DSAG may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and email service providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, community rules, and technical limits. DSAG does not control third-party platform availability, moderation outcomes, account restrictions, or policy decisions. Platform-side errors, rate limits, and review requirements may affect publishing outcomes.
TikTok Integration
DSAG integrates with TikTok through a registered TikTok application named "DSAG" (the TikTok developer app used by the DSAG platform), using TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. When you connect your TikTok account to DSAG via the DSAG application, you authorize the following scopes: user.info.basic (to authenticate your identity and display your TikTok account information), video.publish (to publish video content to your TikTok account on your behalf), and video.upload (to upload video files to TikTok's platform for publishing). DSAG will only perform publishing actions that you explicitly initiate or schedule through the DSAG platform. You remain fully responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to TikTok, and for ensuring compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and content policies. You may disconnect your TikTok account from DSAG at any time, which will revoke the DSAG application's access to your TikTok account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use DSAG to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful or misleading content, bypass platform restrictions, abuse APIs, or publish content you do not have the right to use. You may not use DSAG to add prohibited watermarks, hidden promotional material, or non-compliant commercial disclosures where platform policies require user review and explicit consent. When publishing content to TikTok or other connected platforms through DSAG, you must comply with all applicable platform-specific content policies and advertising disclosure requirements.
Availability & Changes
DSAG is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, improve, suspend, or remove features, integrations, or limits as the product evolves or as required by technical, legal, or platform constraints. This includes changes to third-party integrations such as TikTok, which may be affected by changes to third-party APIs, developer policies, or platform requirements. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version at this URL.
Liability & Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSAG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-related damages arising from use of the service, connected integrations, or third-party interruptions. You are responsible for your account security, your connected channels (including TikTok), and any content or actions initiated through your DSAG workspace. DSAG is not responsible for content moderation decisions, account restrictions, or policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.
